Job Title: Head of House – Boys' Middle School Boarding
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our boarding team as a Head of House. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily lives of students, fostering a positive and supportive environment, and contributing to their overall well-being.
The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management skills, with experience in supervisory roles and postgraduate qualifications in education or boarding management. They will be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Oversee the daily lives of students, including supervision and pastoral care;
* Manage the boarding team, including staff supervision and development;
* Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes student well-being and academic success;
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and outcomes.
This is a full-time contract position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $162,000 AUD. The successful candidate will contribute to the holistic development of students and play a key role in shaping their educational journey.
