Job Title: Croissant Baker | Maggio's Ryde Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Croissant Baker to join our team. The role involves baking, finishing, and assisting with the rolling of croissants. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and consistency, and for managing your section efficiently during early morning shifts. Location: Ryde Schedule: Sunday to Thursday Hours : 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM (5 days per week) Pay Range: To be discussed based on experience Key Responsibilities: Bake and finish croissants to a high standard Assist in rolling and shaping croissants Organise and manage prep for your section Work independently and maintain a clean, efficient workspace Operate ovens and manage baking schedules effectively Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience Experience operating ovens and running a baking shift Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Reliable transport for early morning shifts Desirable (but not required): Experience using a dough brake If you meet the requirements and are passionate about artisanal baking, we’d love to hear from you.
