**About your new company and your role as the Assistant Store Manager**:
As the ASM for this large format retailer who stands out from the rest, you will support the SM in day to day operational tasks, from turning on the lights, co-ordinating with the support office and in-house stock teams on what's needs and what's not, to the National VM team on how you'd like to tweak things to ensure its relevant to your local demographic. You will assist in the recruitment, training, mentorship and ongoing management of the 20+ team members for this location. Whist working with upper management on your personalise career development plan to ensure you reach the level you are aspiring too. All while ensuring the presentation of the store, creating an engaging, interactive, easy to navigate and find the things your customers need and want with ease store workplace.
