About The Role
Support GP registrars through training to fellowship by delivering education, mentoring and clinical teaching, working closely with Training Coordinators, practices and supervisors, and reporting to the Senior Medical Educator.
Responsibilities
* Deliver registrar education, mentoring and clinical teaching
* Facilitate small group learning and practice‐based visits
* Support supervisors with training, teaching and development
* Identify and escalate registrar progress or performance concerns
Skills & Experience
* RACGP Fellowship or equivalent
* Current GP specialist registration
* Experience supporting or teaching registrars
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
