This firm has a strong reputation for delivering tailored capital solutions across the real estate capital stack, including first mortgage lending, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and co-investment structures, with a focus on development, value-add, and core-plus opportunities across residential, industrial, and commercial asset classes.
As a Senior Investment Manager, you'll play a key role in both execution and portfolio management, with high exposure to investors, borrowers, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
* Financial modelling and structuring of real estate debt and equity investments
* Preparing and presenting detailed investment committee papers
* Leading and supporting transaction due diligence, including sponsor, asset, and market analysis
* Managing internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
* Assisting with ongoing asset management, project performance tracking, and investor reporting
* Exposure to capital raising, product development, and broader platform initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 4+ years' experience in real estate development, investment, or finance
* Advanced financial modelling and analysis skills
* Exposure to residential, industrial or commercial property sectors
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Highly commercial mindset and collaborative team player
