About the Role
You will be a key partner across inventory and loss within our supply chain and store network, driving insights and accountability across multiple locations.
* Act as the finance lead for inventory and loss management across our supply chain and store network, maintaining financial accountability.
* Own the budgeting and forecasting process for inventory and loss, and lead regular performance reviews and reporting.
* Provide commercial insights through analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making across the business.
* Lead and measure cross-functional initiatives to reduce loss and optimise inventory, identifying financial risks and opportunities.
* Maintain governance over business processes, ensuring compliance with policies and a clear audit trail.
* Develop financial business cases for new initiatives, track associated costs and benefits.
* Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance our financial and operational effectiveness.
* Coach operational teams on the financial impact of day-to-day decisions, building capability and accountability for inventory and loss outcomes.
