Job Summary
This role involves providing continuous IT support and maintenance of various systems and applications for a correctional facility. This includes collaborating with teams on projects related to GEO's IT systems, as well as offering support to partners and stakeholders on an ad hoc basis.
The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively to ensure the smooth operation of all GEO networks, systems, and applications.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-level technical support to staff, prisoners, and stakeholders for all GEO IT networks, systems, and applications.
* Liaise with third-party service providers when necessary.
* Use and maintain the IT Service Desk ticketing system.
IT Network and System Management
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure.
* Monitor the performance of GEO systems and ensure their optimal functioning.
* Implement effective security measures to safeguard system and data integrity.
* Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Project Support
Assist project teams with technical expertise and undertake technical roles as needed.
