About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects across Queensland. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects, exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive quality, safety and productivity on-site.
This is a full‑time role that can be based in Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Sunshine Coast.
What you'll be doingLead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standardsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflowMonitor project progress and report regularly to the Project Manager and senior leadership teamManage site documentation, including safety records, daily reports, schedules, and quality assurance documentationConduct site inspections and enforce compliance with WHS regulations and company policiesIdentify issues early and implement solutions to minimise delays or cost impactsSupport commissioning, handover, and close-out activities
What we're looking forMinimum 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or similar supervisory role within the construction industryProven ability to deliver multi-million-dollar commercial or residential projectsProficiency with general software tools such as MS Office, project management platforms, and digital site management appsStrong understanding of WHS legislation, quality systems, and construction methodologies
