Job Description 
- Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate processing. 
- Process and manage payroll, ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations and timely payments. 
- Reconcile financial transactions, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded and compliant with standards. 
- Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and distribution statements. 
- Oversee the preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and ensure accurate lodgement with relevant authorities. 
- Assist with tax filings and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations. 
- Handle financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and investments. 
- Liaise directly with clients to address financial inquiries and provide exceptional service. 
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support overall financial operations and reporting. 
- Maintain accurate records of all AP, AR, payroll, BAS, and financial activities. 
- Ensure strict compliance with fiduciary duties, accounting standards, and applicable regulations. 
The Successful Candidate Will Look Like

- Proficient in using Xero to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and streamline accounting processes. 
- Able to effectively liaise with clients, address inquiries, and provide clear, professional communication. 
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining compliance and meeting deadlines. 
- Enthusiastic about supporting clients in achieving their financial goals. 
- Positive attitude and a team player, able to collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic environment.
