With a focus on growth and excellence, we are seeking an energetic and client-focused professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager.
The Role:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, guiding them through the lending process, and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This is a client-focused role with direct client engagement and management, working alongside our experienced Mortgage Brokers to deliver market-leading service.
While ideally looking for an office based candidate, flexible working arrangements are on offer for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
* Assist clients with their mortgage and lending requirements, providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure seamless transactions.
* Manage client inquiries and follow-ups in a timely manner.
* Support the preparation of loan applications and associated documentation.
* Stay updated on lending products, policies, and industry trends.
* Work closely with the mortgage broking team to deliver end-to-end service.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong people skills with a genuine care for client-focused outcomes.
* Previous experience in the mortgage broking or lending industry. Minimum 2 years experience.
* Commercial lending experience (highly regarded but not essential).
* Positive and energetic attitude.
* Passion for property and finance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
* The ability to work independently and remotely, if required.
* A desire to grow and develop within a supportive team environment.
