ABOUT THE COMPANY
I am representing a highly regarded, design-led architecture and interiors studio with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke projects across high-end residential, boutique hospitality, and select commercial sectors.
Operating across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches, with additional international exposure, this studio is known for its collaborative process and commitment to producing architecturally sophisticated spaces tailored to discerning private clients.
The practice maintains a deliberately curated portfolio and offers the opportunity to work on design-driven projects from concept through to completion.
ABOUT THE ROLE
An opportunity has become available for a Senior Architect or Associate Architect (Registered) to join the studio in a hands-on capacity.
This role will suit an experienced Architect with a minimum of 8+ years' post-registration experience, confident leading high-end residential and hospitality/commercial projects from early design stages through to construction, site coordination, and final handover.
You will play a key role in both design development and project delivery, acting as Project Architect/Project Manager across multiple bespoke projects simultaneously.
DUTIES
* Lead projects from concept design through to documentation and construction
* Produce high-quality design packages and detailed documentation
* Act as Project Architect and Project Manager across high-end projects
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
* Oversee on-site progress, conduct site meetings, and manage construction administration
* Maintain strong client relationships and manage ongoing liaison
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional design standards
* Mentor junior team members where appropriate
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Registered Architect (ARB NSW or equivalent)
* Minimum 8+ years' experience delivering high-end residential projects
* Demonstrated experience across hospitality and/or commercial projects
* Proven experience managing projects across NSW
* Strong construction knowledge and site experience
* Proficiency in Vectorworks or ArchiCAD (essential)
* Excellent documentation and detailing capability
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of projects
