The successful applicant will have the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment, managing risk and responding to crises. They will also possess strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling them to effectively engage with young people, families, and community supports. A minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience in an area relevant to the role is required, along with a current Working with Children Registration and Driver's License.
