Your Skills and Qualifications
* A Certificate III/IV in Pastoral Care or similar qualifications in theology/spirituality.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
* A strong understanding of different faiths, particularly in aged care and dignity of life.
* Experience working in residential aged care or home care settings.
* Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
