Bundaberg & District Meals on Wheels is seeking a motivated and organised Assistant Administration Officer to join our team. This vital frontline role supports daily operations, manages volunteers, and ensures clients receive essential care.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing general administrative support to the Administration team
* Assisting with client orders and enquiries
* Maintaining accurate records of clients and volunteers
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Handling data entry, invoicing, and basic bank reconciliations
* Supporting volunteer coordination and scheduling
* Performing various other clerical duties as required
Requirements
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to providing high-quality service
What's On Offer
* Casual role up to 30 hours per week
* $31.76 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
* Monday to Friday only
