Administrative Assistant Role

* We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
* This role will provide an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to various departments.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office communications, including responding to emails, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems is also a key aspect of this role.
* In addition, you will process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with accounts payable and receivable.
* You will handle financial transactions, such as direct debit, credit, and EFTPOS payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial activities.
* As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
* You will ensure the office environment remains well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies, and liaise with external service providers as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Familiarity with accounting software would be an advantage.
