The Role:
The Property Manager will play a key role in optimising site utilisation, implementing rent reviews, managing lease negotiations, and maintaining the integrity of property data and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional looking to step into a strategic, hands-on role within a major infrastructure environment.
*Position Requirements:*
* Support property portfolio strategies, land use planning and site utilisation initiatives.
* Coordinate external advisors (legal, valuers, agents, government bodies) as required.
* Assist in developing and maintaining property policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
* Review leasing proposals and tenant requests, preparing clear internal recommendations.
* Negotiate and manage lease agreements, licences, rent reviews, securities and insurance requirements.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance and address tenant issues early.
* Manage tenant reporting obligations and ensure accurate data entry and compliance tracking in property systems.
* Implement improvements to lease compliance processes and support monitoring of team performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience in commercial/industrial real estate management.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in property management strategies.
* Proficiency in Yardi Property Management System is favourable.
