We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our organization and play a key role in introducing, demonstrating, and promoting innovative sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage daily with assigned leads, building strong, consultative relationships.
* Utilize in-depth knowledge of TeamViewer's products to serve client needs and propose tailored solutions that address unique business challenges.
* Conduct online demonstrations for potential customers to showcase product value and functionality effectively.
* Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and timely communication.
* Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on them within expected timeframes to maintain sales momentum.
* Meet and exceed individual revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
* Become a product expert for TeamViewer's SMB offerings.
* Process customer requests efficiently, maintain up-to-date notes and forecasting in CRM, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by conducting thorough needs analyses to maximize customer engagement and product adoption.
Requirements:
* A minimum of two years of sales experience and one year in a similar tele sales/ SDR role is required. Managed Services Provider (MSP) background is highly desirable.
* Strong skills in client communication, needs analysis, and a solution-oriented approach to sales are essential.
* Strong oral and written fluency in English is required.
* Demonstrated ability to conduct a needs analysis and offer a solution accordingly.
* Advanced knowledge of Windows and a general understanding of technology is necessary.
* A high level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients is required.
* Team oriented and creative approach to cross- and up-selling is essential.
