Job Summary
This role is responsible for designing and executing test cases, analysing test activities, and reporting results to ensure the quality of processes, databases, and system applications. The successful candidate will support QA initiatives by identifying issues, recommending improvements, and implementing procedural changes to align technical solutions with organisational objectives and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
* Create quality test models, review with peers, track defects, and develop comprehensive reports to communicate test progress and improve procedures.
* Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards by monitoring industry trends, clarifying quality measurements, and implementing procedural changes to enhance operational quality and productivity.
* Collaborate with data teams and stakeholders to review business requirements, define testing plans, troubleshoot errors, and share best practices for alignment with desired outcomes.
* Manage projects by prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and achieving department objectives and individual performance metrics.
* Build and enhance individual development by seeking educational opportunities, training, and researching innovative technology to provide strong departmental support.
* Conduct database system and procedure audits to evaluate effectiveness, identify errors, and provide recommendations for successful integration of updates.
* Guide compliance of outsourced testing processes, conduct audits, oversee adherence to procedures, and communicate policies and best practices to limit exposure and ensure services are delivered as per terms.
* Maximise stakeholder satisfaction by building effective relationships, setting realistic expectations, and maintaining communication on deliverables.
* Ensure vendor compliance with service level agreements, review testing results, measure performance, and evaluate third-party operations for quality and schedule adherence.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date data, ensure timely and accurate communication, and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
Work Experience
* Necessary Work Experience: Some relevant work experience.
* Preferred Work Experience: Experience in quality assurance function.
Qualifications
* Necessary Qualifications: Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
