The Role
As our Videographer / Editor, you’ll play a key role in bringing brand stories to life through bold, polished content that’s built for social and digital. You’ll work closely with our creative team to deliver content across a wide range of clients and industries, from local businesses to established brands.
You’ll be involved from the early stages of an idea right through to final delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Shooting high-quality video content across social, branded content, behind-the-scenes, campaigns, and digital formats
* Owning the full post-production workflow including editing, colour grading, audio, motion graphics and exporting
* Working closely with our creatives, strategists, and clients to make sure content aligns with brand direction and campaign goals
* Taking ownership of your shoots including camera setup, lighting, audio capture, and on-location workflow
* Helping shape ideas into strong visual stories that look great and feel on-brand
What You Bring
* 2 to 5 years’ experience in a production team, agency, studio, or similar content-driven environment
* Strong editing skills in DaVinci Resolve and confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
* Hands-on experience with professional camera gear, lighting, and audio equipment
* A strong visual eye and storytelling ability (you know what makes content engaging)
* Great time management, organisation, and the ability to deliver to deadlines
* A clear communicator who can work well with both internal teams and clients
* A valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport
