This role requires someone who can confidently step into the position with the expertise to lead and elevate the needs of the park and the guest experience.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on leader who brings strong hospitality or accommodation-based management experience and a growth mindset.
The ideal candidate will bring with them a passion for the holiday park lifestyle and be able to demonstrate skills and experience in hospitality management, analytical and problem-solving skills, staff development and training, computer skills, margin management, cost controls, and reservations systems.
You will be responsible for taking full ownership of a park operation and ensuring that all aspects of park management are met.
This role may require heavy lifting, kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
