Sales Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our ANZ field sales team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the region, identifying new opportunities and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers in Information Security & Risk teams within large enterprise organizations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth
* 5+ years of experience working in the cybersecurity sales space
* Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue
* Strong network of established relationships with key industry contacts in the assigned territory
* Extremely organized, effective oral & written communicator
* Self-starter, able to work effectively with a distributed team
