The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
Processing of sales orders
Answering inbound calls and responding to customer queries
Tracking deliveries and assistance with logistics
Trouble-shooting product issues and processing warranty claims
Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills and bright, confident manner
Order processing Customer Service experience
Computer literate – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Eager to learn and keen to work
Strong problem solving skills and high initiative
