About the Role
Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. The Recovery@Work Co-ordinator will support the implementation of Injury Management and Return-To-Work Policy and Procedures to promote the early and safe return to work of injured health service staff. Responsibilities include initiating, coordinating, and monitoring the return-to-work process, providing progress reports to Managers, and participating in claims management. Ideal Candidate
Qualified health professional or relevant work experience, accredited by NSW Workcover as a Return to Work Coordinator/Recovery@Work Coordinator.
Knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation and NSW Workcover guidelines, with extensive experience in rehabilitation of injured workers.
Strong communication, negotiation, counselling skills, and ability to produce clear reports.
