About the Role
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Training Coordinator to join our Sale campus on a permanent part-time basis (Tuesday to Thursday).

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate training groups
* Provide support to students with course progression
* Organise student placements
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
* Support and supervise trainers
* Enrol new students into our programs
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector
* Previous experience in a similar role providing customer service or client support
* Conflict resolution skills
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
