On behalf on one of our clients, a highly respected blasting services company, we are seeking an experienced *Regional Field Trainer (Blasting Operations) for a permanent position on a on 5/2 roster, fulfilling training requirements across their various operations in Western Australia.

**About the Role****
* Training requirements relating to blasting activities such as shot firing and MPU operating
* Work in partnership with regional and site management, to implement training and development plans
* Maintain competency in all Operational Equipment at all nominated sites.
* Review and implement monthly training plans for respective site TNA's Compliance
* Provide face to face training support as required for applicable projects, in accordance with sites training plan and requests.
* Ensure all assessments are conducted in accordance with Enaex Australia Training Procedure.
* Complete and submit Assessment to RTO for issuing of RII's as require
* Conduct reviews/audit of all training related area
* Provide support to business / sites with regards to the development of new task, work instructions and Supporting Risk Assessment, etc.
* Evaluate training resources and recommend improvements
* Manage and maintain Training Management System (Myosh) for respective sites
* Assist in development of Training a material as required
* Provide Ad-Hoc support for Operational Crew Coverage
*To be considered, your must meet the following criteria;*
* Experience working in the mining industry, particularly in MPU and blasting operations and related services
* Competent computer user with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills٫ with ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement and the delivery of quality outcomes
* Analytical skills to extract data, identify gaps and prepare written reports
* Current HR drivers' licence
* Relevant Training and Assessment qualifications (TAE16/22)
* Experience in Learning Management Systems (desirable)
* Shotfiring Competencies – WA or equivalent (desirable)
