Maintenance Operations Lead

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in plumbing systems and equipment, and the ability to manage a team of technicians and apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate general maintenance work.
* Provide guidance and support to technicians before major works.
* Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing plumbing systems and equipment, leading a team of technicians and apprentices, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
* 8 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
* Leadership and analytical skills.
