We're hiring an Entry Level Factory Floorhand to join a busy stone manufacturing workshop in Moe. You'll be trained on the job by an experienced team, starting with the basics and building your skills step‐by‐step—with the goal of progressing into more skilled work (e.g., advanced finishing, machine operation, and stonemasonry tasks) as you grow. You'll assist with producing high‐quality custom stone benchtops and surfaces—learning how jobs move from raw material through to finished product.
In this role, you will:
* Assist with operating factory equipment (training provided)
* Help with cutting, gluing, polishing and finishing stone surfaces
* Read job cards and follow basic measurements and instructions
* Keep your work area clean, organised and safety‐compliant
* Work as part of a friendly production team to meet daily targets
