Part time Retail & Service Administration Assistant
Melton Pools & Spas is a friendly, local business providing top-quality pool and spa products and services. We're passionate about helping our customers enjoy their pools and spas while delivering outstanding service.
We're looking for a motivated, reliable team member to join us part-time in a dual role supporting both our retail shop and service administration team. If you love helping people, staying organised, and being part of a small but busy team, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store with products and enquiries
- Process sales and maintain stock accuracy
- Support the service team with bookings, scheduling, and administration
- Handle phone and email enquiries professionally
- Keep our retail space tidy, organised, and safe
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with computers and POS systems
- Previous retail or admin experience is a plus, but not essential
Work Schedule:
Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, alternating Saturday 9am - 1pm
Must be available to work Monday to Friday plus Saturday shifts
