Business Development Manager (BDM) – Central Coast NSW

Location: Central Coast, NSW Salary: $95,000 Base + Super + Company Vehicle + Tools of Trade + Uncapped Commission Employment Type: Full Time

Sales Channel Solutions has been engaged to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager on behalf of a growing and well-established business operating across the Central Coast and surrounding NSW regions.

This organisation has built a strong reputation within its sector and continues to experience steady growth through its commitment to customer service, relationship management, and delivering high-quality solutions to clients across multiple industries.

Due to continued expansion, an opportunity now exists for a motivated and commercially driven sales professional to join the team.

About the Role

This position will suit an experienced BDM who enjoys developing new business opportunities while also managing and growing existing client relationships.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth across the region through proactive business development, relationship building, networking, and account management activities.

The role offers autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to work within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers across the Central Coast and surrounding areas
* Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to closing
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
* Maintain CRM activity and pipeline management
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to support customer outcomes

About You

* Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and target driven
* Professional presentation and ability to work autonomously
* Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
* Experience within B2B sales environments highly regarded
* Current Australian Driver's Licence required
