As the largest conveyancing practice in New South Wales and a leading name in property law nationwide, they have built a reputation for precision, innovation, and exceptional client service for over a decade.With a strong focus on flexibility, collaboration, and work-life balance, they are now looking to expand their Queensland practice with the addition of a Conveyancer.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, delivering outstanding service to clients and ensuring compliance at every stage.Reporting to senior management, your responsibilities will include:Managing residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, off-the-plan, and transfersProviding accurate advice to clients on property transactions and legal requirementsEnsuring compliance with all relevant property law, regulations, and conveyancing proceduresHandling multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracyDelivering high standards of client service and maintaining professional, ethical practiceUsing case management systems such as TriConvey or Smokeball (desirable)About YouThe successful candidate will have:Experience in conveyancing with a track record of managing residential transactionsStrong understanding of property law, regulations, and conveyancing proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to clientsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsProficiency with case management software (TriConvey/Smokeball desirable)A professional, client-focused approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat\'s in it for You?
