**The Role**:
As Design Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of end to end design management and assist in the development of processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing all aspects of the design process
- Controlling and organising all design and documentation budgets
- Managing the planning and approvals process
- Liaising with clients to create the ideal design for their project
- Value engineering
- Design Management
- Proposal development
- Risk management and mitigation
- Pricing, contract negotiation and issue resolution
- Client and stakeholder management
**About You**:
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven design management experience on Fit Out projects from their up to the value of $15m
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Medical or tertiary education projects
- Ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience working for top tier fit out & refurb business
