With a strong pipeline of secured work and an excellent reputation for project delivery, they are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join the team on large-scale multi-level developments.
About the Role:
Working closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team, you will oversee all structural elements on major residential and aged care developments from groundworks through to structure completion. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, programme coordination, site safety, quality, and daily structural activities across complex multi-level projects. This role requires someone who can drive programme while maintaining strong site standards and communication across all stakeholders. Projects are typically large-scale concrete structures within BTR, BTS, apartment, and aged care developments across Melbourne.
Job Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Structures Foreman delivering multi-level residential or commercial projects
* Strong experience across concrete structures, basements, and vertical builds
* Ability to manage structural trades and drive programme outcomes
* Strong understanding of OH&S, QA, and site compliance
* Experience working on large-scale apartment, BTR/BTS, hotel, or aged care developments preferred
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Stable employment history within reputable builders
