The Role
* Manage sales administration processes, including exchanges and settlements.
* Coordinate marketing, advertising, and social media campaigns.
* Support both property marketing and agent personal marketing.
* Book and coordinate signboard installations and auctions.
* Upload and maintain property listings across digital platforms.
* Manage print and digital marketing, including website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
* Write engaging and creative property copy.
* Assist with branding initiatives to ensure brand consistency.
* Provide general marketing and administrative support as required.
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds or is willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration (COR) in Real Estate.
* Previous real estate administration or marketing experience preferred.
* Highly organised with strong communication skills.
* Confident using digital platforms and managing social media.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
