Austrack Campers is a rapidly growing company that specialises in the design, manufacture, and retail of high-quality off-road campers. We are looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

This is a Monday-Friday position from 08:00-16:00, weekend work very rare, no public holidays. Work life balance all round

As a Service Co-Ordinator at Austrack Campers, your main responsibilities will include:

* Answering incoming phone calls and taking warranty bookings, service, repair, installation and enquiries
* Administration duties
* Managing email enquiries and bookings
* Confirming upcoming customer bookings
* Creating quotes for repair, installations, upgrades etc
* Assisting service department in all facets of warranty, parts, and service
* Following up with customers following service to ensure customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate should be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

* Previous experience within a Service environment (Caravan experience highly regarded)
* Have fantastic people skills to work within a team and work with customers
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* High level of resilience and ability to cope well under pressure
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
* Ability to deescalate situations effectively
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work in a number of computer systems (Zoho is our preferred CRM system, Xero is our accounting software)
* Prior experience in a customer service & within the Caravan industry highly regarded.
* Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience required
* Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office required
