This is a critical leadership role focused on scaling the organisation’s performance, fostering enterprise-wide commercial sustainability, and embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth.Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of General Managers, the COO will focus on enhancing organisational effectiveness, driving strategic growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all service portfolios. Additionally, this person will be;Leading the delivery of financially sustainable services at scale, underpinned by innovation and data-driven performance managementPartnering with the CEO and executive team to identify and execute strategic growth initiativesLeading and empowering senior leaders to drive a high-performance culture across disability, aged care, community, and support servicesStrengthening financial and operational disciplines to ensure long-term viability in a resource-constrained environmentBuilding strong external partnerships with funders, regulators, and collaborators to support service innovation and growthAbout YouYou are a commercially minded executive leader with demonstrated success driving business performance and organisational change in complex, highly regulated environments. You bring strong financial and strategic acumen, an ability to inspire high-performing teams, and experience leading enterprise transformation within health, human services, or related sectors.
