Overview Waratah-Wynyard Council have an exciting prospect available for a Customer Service Officer to support our growing municipality.Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being the first point of contact for your community?
We are looking for a dedicated customer service officer to join our team and provide efficient, courteous and professional support across reception, cashiering and administration.
This is a part-time opportunity, offering 30 hours of work each week.This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You'll play a vital part in assisting community members, supporting council activities and projects and working closely with a supportive team.
Responsibilities Provide reception, cashiering and administration support with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
Assist community members and support council activities and projects as part of a collaborative team.
What you'll need Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in an office environment including cash handling, data input and customer service.
Confidence in using Microsoft Office software.
