Location: Nambour QLD (Office-based)
Employment Type: Part time 9am-2pm (Monday–Friday, no weekends)

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Project & Accounts Assistant.
This part-time role is designed for someone who wants balance between meaningful work and personal life, with solid hours, stability, and a supportive environment.
This role suits someone who loves organisation, supporting others, keeping projects moving, and handling important administrative and accounts tasks with accuracy and pride.
You’ll work closely with our Construction Manager and Sales Team to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients through the early stages of their project journey
- Prepare job files, documentation and internal forms
- Coordinate certifier approvals and inspections
- Help schedule site measures, material deliveries and installation dates
- Communicate clearly with clients about timelines and next steps
- Support the Construction Manager with daily coordination tasks
- Send purchase orders
- Match supplier invoices/receipts to correct jobs
Requirements
- Previous experience in admin or project admin (construction background highly valued)
- Clear, confident and respectful communication
- High attention to detail — accuracy is essential in this role
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workflow
- Friendly, proactive and solutions-focused
- Able to work independently and within a small, supportive team
- Lives locally on the Sunshine Coast and can work from our Nambour office
