AVS Nutrition is an independent Contract Food Manufacturer, Complementary Medicine Manufacturer, and Sourcing operation, offering a comprehensive end-to-end service to both established and emerging brands.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to support the efficient and effective daily operation of our warehouse and dispensing area. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, working safely, and contributing positively to a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate forklifts and trucks in accordance with safe work practices
* Container unloading
* Receiving, dispatching, and transferring goods between warehouses
* Maintain warehouse stock in a structured and efficient manner to ensure easy identification and retrieval in line with SOP requirements
* Stock control, inventory management, and assisting with stocktakes
* Picking and packing of stock as required
* Picking raw materials and packaging and delivering to production for sampling purposes
* Follow GMP requirements and work closely with QC and QA teams to ensure products meet customer and company quality standards
* Use computer systems for daily operations, including:
* Email communication
* Online freight company booking and tracking systems
* NetSuite (or similar ERP system) for inventory and dispatch activities
* General cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
* Comply with all WHS legislation and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements
* Current Forklift Licence
* Current Driver's Licence and own reliable transport
* Basic to intermediate computer skills, including email and warehouse systems (full training will be provided)
* Experience in GMP, food, or pharmaceutical environments (desirable but not essential)
