About the Role

* You will be working directly with our clients, providing support and assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, domestic duties and transportation.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and assistance to clients as needed.
* Supporting clients with daily living activities, including domestic duties and transportation.
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (or equivalent qualification).
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
* A reliable vehicle and a current Australian driver's license.
