Housekeeping Supervisor Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and support our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, training, and mentoring colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within hotels, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Lead and Support Housekeeping Team: Oversee daily operations, including room allocations and inspections, manage rosters and ensure effective team scheduling, and step in and work alongside the team when needed.
* Coach, Train, and Mentor Colleagues: Develop and implement training programs to enhance colleagues' skills and knowledge, provide constructive feedback, and encourage continuous learning and development.
* Drive Productivity and Quality Standards: Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality, drive productivity while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and continuously improve processes and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within hotels.
* Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Organisational and Time Management Skills: Organised, proactive, and attentive to detail, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Flexible Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
