About the Role
As part of the Tax Preparation and Client Service duties, you will:
* Conduct in‐person tax consultations and prepare accurate tax returns.
* Ensure all lodgements are compliant and submitted on time.
* Provide clear tax advice and maintain high client satisfaction.
* Handle fee calculation, payment processing, and daily banking.
* Foster a positive, high‐performance workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience including Individual, Business, Rental Properties and Capital Gains.
* CPA or CA membership is highly regarded.
Preferred Skills And Attributes
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with Xero preferred but not required.
* Leadership and team‐building capabilities.

* Returns lodged (volume growth).
* Accuracy and Compliance (ATO lodgements).
* Client Satisfaction (>90% rating).

Compliance Expectations
* Adhere to the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) Code of Professional Conduct.
* Ensure client confidentiality and data privacy.
* Complete required Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours.
* Uphold H&R Block's ethical and operational standards.
