Employment Type : Full Time or Part Time
Remuneration : Negotiable based on experience
Location: Office + WFH

Your day will include:
- Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants improve their quality of life
- Supporting and advising on environmental adaptations in home, school, work, and residential facilities
- Recommending Assistive Technology to assist participants with functional limitations and promote independence
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
- Strong time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload
- Proactive, motivated by improvement and innovative ideas
- Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, supportive setting
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
