About the opportunity:
The Contract Coordinator is part of the Wilson Homes Project Delivery team and reports to the Customer Service Manager. The key focus of this role is to monitor and record the progress of homes, preparing all documentation in conjunction with the Project Coordinator to ensure that the jobs move swiftly through the process. More specifically, you will:
•Oversee and coordinate allocated jobs to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met in line with projects scheduled.
•Prepare, coordinate and delivery contract documentation and associated materials within strict timeframes.
•Assist the Compliance and Council Manager by proactively following up with suppliers for outstanding certificates and documentation necessary.
•Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, to gather required reports and input, including surveys and assessments (e.g. building, hydraulic, energy etc)
•Collaborate with the customer Service Manager to resolve complex drafting, estimating, or construction related issues.
•Mange the timely scanning, photocopying, collation, and binding and issuing of documentation to ensure smooth project administration
About you:

•Demonstrated administration background within a fast paced, high-volume environment
•Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
•Strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies and produce quality documentation
•The ability to work under pressure successfully, liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is obtained within timeframes
•Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry including building your own home or a passion for building design
•Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
