Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members, agencies, and stakeholders
* Deliver case management services to individuals and families at risk of domestic and family violence
* Participate in community events and activities to promote awareness and education about our services
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients
Requirements:
* Passion for working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of cultural competency and understanding of Indigenous issues
