Job Title
An exceptional medical receptionist is required to provide a high-quality experience for patients, answer their queries, and support doctors and nurses in delivering excellent healthcare.
This role offers the opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading primary healthcare providers, with over 60 clinics throughout metropolitan and regional locations.
* Manage patient flow, including triage, booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks.
* Support doctors and nurses in delivering high-quality care.
* Provide exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity.
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
A dedicated training program will be provided upon commencement, which includes a full orientation, online compliance training, and support from your Practice Manager and colleagues.
Requirements
* Previous medical administration or reception experience (highly regarded).
* Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity.
* Knowledge of medical terminology.
* Current vaccination and immunisation status.
* Intermediate computer knowledge and skills.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure.
