We're looking for a Senior System Administrator to manage and optimise SAP S/4HANA Cloud systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term platform success.
What You'll Do:
* Administer and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud to maintain system stability, security, and performance
* Manage user access, roles, and permissions in line with governance standards
* Coordinate updates, patches, and releases, including testing with internal teams and external partners
* Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify improvements
* Document processes, contribute to best practices, and help drive continuous system enhancement
About You:
* 4+ years of ERP administration experience (SAP or similar enterprise systems), ideally in a retail setting
* Strong SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP ECC knowledge
* Experienced with user/role management, configuration, and system environment oversight
* Comfortable with change management and release processes
* Excellent communicator with strong documentation skills
