KAS Accounting Solutions is a Chartered Accounting Firm with offices in Darwin, Katherine, and Kununurra. We are a diverse team of Chartered Accountants, Graduate Accountants, Bookkeepers, Business Services Managers, and Administrative Staff. We are seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral part of our Darwin team for the role of Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
2. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
3. Manage appointment bookings and meeting room schedules
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
5. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
6. Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
7. Support the accounting team with ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role (experience in a professional services environment preferred)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills
5. Professional presentation and a positive attitude
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
