Landscaper Team Leader "Experienced" + $5,000 Sign On Bonus + Work Ute
This Team Leader position will operate south of the River between the areas of Jandakot to Mandurah.
Full-Time position with immediate start. $5,000 Sign On Bonus for skilled and experienced landscapers.
We are seeking a Team Leader who is experienced and a quality Landscaper with real experience, who is passionate about the work they do, willing to share knowledge while teaching our apprentices, and looking for a long-term role with growth opportunities.

About the role
This Team Leader position is hands-on. You will join our skilled team and lead the delivery of quality and professional services to both Residential and Commercial clients. Lead your own team to complete daily work schedules or collaborate with other teams as required. Our fleet carries all equipment, tools, and materials required to fulfil tasks.
Essential Requirements
* You MUST be a Permanent Resident
* Hold a current Western Australian Driver's Licence
* You must be physically fit and able to perform manual labour
* Real practical experience as a quality Landscaper with knowledge of plan setouts, plant identification, turfing, mulching, steps, edging, reticulation, and problem-solving on commercial and residential projects
* Ability to locate, identify, and diagnose site issues and implement solutions
* Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of our team
* Ability to analyse site requirements and design irrigation systems to optimise coverage and performance on site
* Program a wide range of irrigation controller types
* Read and interpret irrigation system designs and implement installations per specifications
* Attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and tool care
* Ability to operate an iPhone and use our job reporting software – ServiceM8 (training provided)
* Provide friendly, quality, knowledgeable customer service
