The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR Business Partners by providing timely and accurate support to employees and leaders.
About The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with frontline employee enquiries, resolving grievances and complaints, and guiding leaders with the right tools and advice.
You will also coordinate and help deliver national HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, and talent programs.

Your Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
* Minimum 2 years' experience in HR roles, including exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and compliance matters
* Proficiency in navigating a range of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite of applications
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
