About The Role
* Lead the integration technology strategy and Pacific roadmap in alignment with enterprise architecture and product goals.
* Mentor and guide integration engineers and developers.
* Drive adoption of modern integration patterns.
* Represent integration in architecture governance forums and technical design reviews.
* Partner with product managers and architects to define integration strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business capabilities.
* Design and document integration architectures using APIs, event-driven patterns, and middleware platforms.
* Evaluate and recommend integration tools, platforms, and frameworks.
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, security, and business teams to manage integration dependencies.
* Engage with external vendors and partners to facilitate third-party integrations.
* Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* Support audits, risk assessments, and change management processes.
About You
* Significant experience in integration engineering, product development, or systems architecture.
* Track record in a technical leadership role.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to translate complexity to a non technical audience.
* Ability to execute and deliver.
* Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols.
* Experience implementing secure data exchange and encryption standards.
* Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps).
* Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
* Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
